We believe that children enhance the work and worship of Westminster Church. We invite our youngest members to fully participate in the life of our congregation.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Vacation Bible School 2011 was held June 20-24 from 9:00 a.m. to noon for children age 3 through grade 6 (2011-12). Our theme was "PandaMania!" Watch for details about our 2012 Vacation Bible School!
This unique day camp offers youth entering grades three through eight the opportunity to immerse themselves in the arts for one delightful week each summer. In 2011, CACTUS was held July 25-29... click here for more information.
KidPOWER worship for children & youth 
While the grown-ups are worshiping in the Sanctuary, children are raising the roof of the Chapel in their own worship time called KidPOWER! Kids (kindergarten and up) energize their faith through high energy music, awesome Bible stories, and fun activities that will make them want to come back for more! Invite your friends! This worship program for kids meets every Sunday during the 11:00 service, except the first Sunday of the month, when families are encouraged to worship together in the Sanctuary and share the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper. KidPOWER begins in the Sanctuary and children proceed to the Chapel when invited.
From September to April, Westminster is a lively place on Wednesdays! The mid-week gathering is an evening of fellowship, music, and learning for both children and adults. For more information, click here.
Sunday school classes for Westminster youngest focus on the love of God for all God's children. From September through May, students in kindergarten through fifth grade enjoy a faith-filled voyage each Sunday, studying the life and teachings of Jesus and learning what God has in store for them.
Westminster Preschool and Morning Out Program provides a warm and nurturing environment where young children discover the joy of learning.
WESTMINSTER LIBRARY
The Westminster Library, located on the lower level of the church, contains hundreds of books especially designed for pre-schoolers (E books) and elementary-age children (J books). Come in when ever the church is open and read, browse or check out materials.
