New Session of Tai Chi Classes to Begin September 11

The next eight-week session of Tai Chi classes will be offered at Westminster beginning Thursday, September 11, and continuing through October 30.  Classes for beginners will be held from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m., advanced instruction will be offered from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m.

 

Taught by Ruth Kneile, the classes will focus on health of the body, mind and spirit, and will include Chi Gong exercises, the basic set of 24 movements, and fan Tai Chi.  The cost is $55/person or $90/family.  There is no need to pre-register – just come on the first day of class.  Newcomers are welcome to try the class for one session before signing up.
