Small Groups at Westminster

Westminster is a fairly large church, with approximately 1400 members. Small groups help folks connect with one another in more intimate settings. Many of our groups revolve around the life of faith. Faith Connections groups provide an opportunity for spiritual reflection and growth. God Outside the Box provides an opportunity to explore theology that looks at God in new and unique ways. One monthly Bible study brings together mothers of young children for reflection and support.
Other small groups bring together folks with similar interests: Basketball, Pizza Lovers, Scrapbooking, Couples' & Singles' Bridge... all are pretty self-explanatory.
New Small Group Now Forming
Westminster will offer a "Rebuilding After Relationship Ends" group for those seeking healing from divorce, separation or a broken relationship. The group, led by Licensed Mental Health counselor Susan Schiltz-Day, will meet on six consecutive Saturdays from July 26 to August 30. The cost is $25. For more information, click here.
New small groups are always forming. If you would like to learn more about the small groups, or if you are interested in forming a new group, e-mail Sherryl.
“Listen to your life. See it for the fathomless mystery that it is. In the boredom and pain of it no less than in the excitement and gladness: touch, taste, smell your way to the holy and hidden heart of it because in the last analysis all moments are key moments, and life itself is grace.”
